Witcher Assurance Group isn’t like other agencies, where we actively recruit agents. Actually, we never really thought about recruiting until agents starting approaching us and saying they wanted to work with us, due to the trust, knowledge and differentiation associated with our company.

We pride ourselves on doing the right thing, ALWAYS, for our clients, putting their needs over ours. We believe in specializing in a few, select areas (rather than overwhelming people with every product out there) so that we can truly give our clients what they deserve: a dedicated and well-educated insurance agent that believes in always doing the right thing.

We teach new agents how we work with and acquire clients from referrals by using the principles this company works off of daily. We don’t buy leads; we teach you how to fish but will not go out, catch the fish and fry them up for you.

We work with independent agents, meaning your clients are YOUR clients. We feel strongly about this, because we ourselves have been on the other end of that spectrum before. We firmly believe that when you have worked to earn the confidence of your client, no one has the right to then take them over and try to up-sale them.
